Today Wife and I are sharing a fabulous video that we think everyone interested in health, nutrition, weight loss, pharmaceuticals, or American History should watch.

This is a lecture given by David Diamond, Ph.D. of the University of South Florida College of Arts and Sciences. Dr. Diamond was invited to speak at a dinner gathering for a group of regular community folks like you and me where he explained the history of obesity, and how to combat being fat. He starts off by sharing his personal story about his own battle with obesity and high triglycerides.
Dr. Diamond then explains how he lost weight and reduced his triglycerides by eating a diet high in fat (such as red meat, eggs and butter) – and very low in carbs and sugar. In his lecture, Dr. Diamond addresses three popular Myths related to obesity, metabolic syndrome and heart disease. He also clearly takes us step-by-step toward the truth he learned about the obesity epidemic in America, including the blatant fraud our nation has been victim of for the past century thanks to the multi-billion-dollar pharmaceutical industry, dishonest scientists with undeclared conflicts of interest, and ultimately, our corrupt and irresponsible government.

This video was just another great confirmation of what we have already learned first-hand about health and nutrition.
