It’s “Half-Time” and we’re ready for the locker-room pep talk!
We are doing a 43 day round of HcG therapy. Three of those were our “loading days”, and another 3 will be our “Transition” days. So, basically the next 3 days mark our half-way point in our HCG Diet “Phase 2” journey. We have come a long way in a very short time already. Not only in pounds lost, but (especially) in inches. However, the second half of any challenge requires some extra motivation! It’s time for a reminder of why we started, what our goal is, and how to keep focused and moving forward toward the finish line!
