Saturday is our day to recap our progress. We take our photos and log our new measurements. Today was a great day!
Starting Weight: 249.4 lbs
Highest Load Weight: 254.0 lbs
Yesterday’s Weight: 237.5 lbs
Today’s Weight: 236.5 – Down -1.0
Total Lost to date: -12.9 lbs from Start Weight / -17.5 lbs on VLCD (incl. Load Weight)
We took our 2-week measurements today. I have lost a total of 18.25 inches already! Of those inches, 4″ are off of my belly, and a significant loss in my chest, and thighs. That’s definitely cool! I’m really feeling a difference in my clothing lately (loose). It looks like I will need to go shopping this week for a couple new shirts and slacks.

Today’s Weight: 179.5 – Down -0.9 (Thanks Apple Day, Hello 170s!)
Total Lost To Date: -7.7 lbs from Start Weight / -13.3 lbs VLCD (incl. Load Weight)
Taking our measurements today and comparing them with 2 weeks ago was definitely the highlight of our day. It really helped put everything in perspective. I’ve lost a total of 14.4 inches so far. Nearly 4 inches came off of my waist! And a full inch off of my hips! In fact, I lost 1 inch (or more) off nearly every place we measured two weeks ago! It’s stunning, and exciting. It’s important to note that the greatest amount of inches came off of the places I needed to lose from most. That is a real testimony for HCG living up to its promise that you are going to lose the abnormal fat off your body, and not lose your “good fat” nor your muscle.
