Hey, we figure these kind of numbers certainly can’t continue (losing 9 lbs in 7 days…right?) but in the meantime, don’t mind if we do a Happy Dance! ♪♫♪
- Warning for the day: Do not put too much cinnamon on your apples!
- When your office throws a big yearly BBQ, and you mention you “brought a lunch from home” you will most certainly be pressured to “just save your old sack lunch and come eat the good food“. At that point you might happen to suggest you are going to eat lunch with your wife. . .and then you walk to a nearby park and eat your VLCD while talking to your wife on the phone. (white lies are OK, right?)

UtahMan: “That is SO CREEPY! Plus, WHY are you Bald?!”
Sadly, this program isn’t very elegant. As far as I could see, everyone has to be bald. But, it does allow you to put your measurements in, so this is technically what my body looks like right now. (Ew) This program is made to teach women “style points”, i.e. what to wear, and what not to wear. As you can see, My virtual body is sporting a “What NOT to wear” ensemble, because, I am sorry to admit, this is basically the sort of junk I wear right now. Sad, but true. However, I am happy to report that unlike my “creepy doll” self, I actually have a full head of very thick dark and wavy hair. You’re going to have to try to imagine that…
2. The second fun little tool I found was the “Virtual Body Makeover” at Redbook Magazine’s website. At this site, you can put in an actual photo of yourself and then increase or decrease the size to get a rough-draft look at your “New You”. This could prove to be either a very motivating or very terrifying experiment.
Since I didn’t have a photo of my real self handy, I used my virtual self (from above). Here are the results:
This is what you end up doing when your afternoon meeting cancels and you get an extra long lunch break! Next time, I’m definitely putting my skinny “After Body” in a sexy bikini! Cheers! – UM&W
